1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the taka vat platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a binding agreement and apply equally to every member who uses the platform.

taka vat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

Using any feature, service or facility on the platform means the member fully agrees to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you are requested to stop using your account immediately and contact the customer support team for assistance.

2 Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on taka vat and participate in any casino or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Registering under the age of 21 is a direct violation of these Terms. If requested, the member must submit age verification documents.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a person operates multiple accounts or attempts to register more than once, all related accounts will be suspended or closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. taka vat reserves the right to close an account and block all transactions if incorrect or false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If a third party accesses the account or theft of information is suspected, customer support should be notified immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on taka vat is ৳100. The payment methods currently accepted on the platform are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Members may only transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name — use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The account used for withdrawals must be the same as the account used for deposits.

3.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, relevant documents may be requested for identity verification. If discrepancies are found in the member's information, or until verification is complete, the withdrawal will be put on hold.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

taka vat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms, and members are advised to read them before accepting an offer.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the member must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

1. Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets — not all games may count towards bonus wagering.
2. Each promotion may be claimed once only, unless the specific terms of that offer state otherwise.
3. Bonuses may not apply if a deposit is made by any method other than bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.
4. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5. If evidence is found that a member is abusing bonuses, the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account is reserved.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

taka vat is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software or artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate outcomes in a one-sided manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or transacting using a third party's identity.

If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all accumulated funds and benefits will be forfeited.

6 Responsible Gaming

Promotion to a VIP tier is assessed based on the member's overall activity and history. taka vat reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time and will endeavour to notify members of any changes.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

taka vat may immediately suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

A member may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, any outstanding legitimate balance will be returned where possible, but funds subject to an active bonus or incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

10 Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error during a game or transaction produces an abnormal result, taka vat reserves the right to void or reassess that round or transaction. In such cases, an effort will be made to return the relevant funds to the member's account.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If a member has an objection regarding a transaction or result, they must notify customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event. taka vat will review the dispute and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. 11 Limitation of Liability

taka vat provides services on an "as is" basis. The platform will not be liable for any loss or cancelled bets resulting from server outages, loss of internet connection or issues with the member's own device.

Placing bets or playing games is the member's own decision and at their own risk. taka vat will not be held liable for any financial loss a member incurs through use of the platform. By participating in games or betting, the member acknowledges and accepts this risk.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Assignment

A member may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. taka vat reserves this right where necessary.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative version.
